Henan Xinboda Wood Ind. Co., Ltd. (brand: XINBODA) is a fully integrated wood panel manufacturer and exporter headquartered in Zhengzhou, China. Our roots trace back to 1996, when our predecessor Zhengzhou Boda was founded. In 2013, the company was formally restructured into Henan Xinboda, embarking on a dedicated international export journey. Today, with over 30 years of accumulated expertise and 10+ years of foreign trade experience, we supply wood panels and related products to buyers in dozens of countries across six continents.

1996
Founded as Zhengzhou Boda — began wood panel processing and domestic supply in Henan province.
2013
Formally established Henan Xinboda Wood Ind. Co., Ltd. and launched the Xinxiang (Yuanyang) production base, stepping up capacity.
2015
Launched international export operations; first shipments dispatched to Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
2018

Linyi, Shandong (East China Base)
Decorative Panels, Drawer Side Panels, Block Board, Plywood. Key melamine lamination & UV coating lines. Linyi is China's largest wood market — raw material cost advantage. Logistics: Close to Qingdao & Lianyungang ports.
Guangxi (South China Base)
